You can see the sea from the terrace and the rooms, and there's air conditioning for hot summer days. Follow the stairs and it's a three-minute walk to the city center. Perast is amazing and worth every hour of a visit. Nice apartments!

Our only suggestion would be to leave a folder or little guide with useful details about Perast, like boat rentals, supermarkets, and things to do. Communication with the owner over WhatsApp was seamless, and she even sent videos showing exactly how to reach the house and apartment. We spent three nights here and were delighted. The terrace was a highlight, with a lovely view of ships passing through the port of Kotor. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room TV had Netflix if you use your own account, and the bathroom had a spacious shower and a washing machine that worked perfectly. The bedroom is on the small side, but it wasn't a problem for us. Having a parking space right outside the door was a big plus, since parking in Perast can be difficult. We'd definitely return!

The hosts made the stay special, from their warm welcome to the considerate way they treated their guests. I have to say how impressed I was, and I know my future seaside holidays will be at the Franović family house. Mr. Miro, a walking encyclopedia, added to the experience, and his son Tripo arranged a speedboat ride. The second son, Milan, was such a wonderful host that I hope to follow his example in everything that impressed me. Thank you for being here.

The apartment isn't small and has air conditioning, but there were several things that bothered me. The bathroom has no window or fan, and the shower comes down from the ceiling, so at my height I had to watch my head. If you're around 160-165 cm tall, you can avoid hitting it. There was just one roll of toilet paper, which ran out during our several-day stay. Staff weren't very helpful, and I had to try several times to find someone. The view from the apartment's window is incredible, even though the window itself isn't very large. On that alone, this place might deserve a thousand stars, but the other shortcomings bring my rating to three. Parking wasn't very convenient either, and you have to be careful when exiting.
