The garden was a favorite part for me, with fig, lemon, and orange trees giving it shade and a lovely scent. There’s a rocking chair where you can sit and watch the bay, with boats, yachts, and ships constantly changing the view. The walk down to the sea is 120 steps, and kids over five might find it a fun little adventure. There’s parking downstairs for bikes and scooters. Inside, everything was clean, new, and working properly. The hostess has a great eye for detail, and you can feel the care she puts into the place. The apartment has a roomy bed, another bed for children or guests, and a comfortable sofa for sitting together in the evening. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, so we could cook and eat whenever we wanted. It’s a peaceful, comfortable spot in Perast for slowing down and getting away from the rush.

We stayed with the Dragutinović family last summer, and they looked after us so well. I had to work remotely for part of the visit, and the quiet place, good AC, and strong internet made that easy. I’d happily return! 😊

Right in the center of Perast, this is a lovely place to stay in the Kotor Bay. The studio is big and feels like home, and the host was very nice. Parking isn’t close by, so getting your luggage there means a bit of exercise, though that’s part of Perast’s charm.

The rooms are bright and comfortable, and the owners were helpful and spoke English and Russian. The building has been renovated, with new or like-new features and natural materials that still respect its history. My favorite place in Montenegro. Recommended!

Anka clearly puts a lot of care and pride into her guesthouse. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed, and we’ll come back.
