Guesthouse Drašković

Good.

Our room on the ground floor was tiny, about 5-10 sq m, more like a storage closet, and it bore no resemblance to the Booking.com photos. There were no windows or air conditioning, and the internet didn't work. Conversations from the neighbors came through as if we were in the same room. I didn't feel secure, with transparent doors. The beach was the one good point, about a 10-minute walk away. This was the worst apartment I've ever stayed in, absolutely disgusting and terrible.

The shared yard is small, with two tables, two chairs at each, and a parasol. It also shares one clothes dryer with the other guests, which is a big drawback. Sound insulation is poor, so you hear everything from the other rooms. The room itself was very small, and the bathroom shower is so cramped that bathing would be difficult for anyone of a larger build. There's a window in the door, but it looks onto the hallway wall by the kitchenette. That kitchenette is well stocked with a kettle, cutlery, plates, and cups, but there's no sink, so dishes have to be washed in the bathroom. The accommodation is clean and tidy, the hostesses are kind and accommodating, and it's close to the beach, a restaurant, and a market. I'd stay at Guesthouse Drašković again, but only in a larger room with a private entrance. For me, the experience was 5/10.

Rooms were cleaned every day, and the hosts were extremely friendly. There's a supermarket nearby, along with the restaurant where I had lunch. The beaches are 5-7 minutes from the accommodation. If you like travelling alone, the economy room is a good fit. I'll definitely be back.
