The restaurant food was top notch, very well done. Staff were friendly and eager to help. The receptionist tonight, 16th October'25, went out of their way to arrange our airport transfer for tomorrow morning. The location is just above the Petrovac promenade, and there’s a private parking area with CCTV. Just a bit of feedback, the sauna could use some maintenance. Thank you all 😊

The massage was really good, excellent actually, and I can definitely recommend it. I’m changing my rating to 3½ stars because of that. My husband and I have been to Montenegro many times, but this is the first four-star hotel that’s disappointed me. The interior feels old, the overall vibe isn’t there, and the online photos are quite deceiving. Our toilet door is defective and won’t close all the way, and the shower water is only lukewarm, which is frustrating. The so-called “park view” from our room isn’t very nice either. So far, the friendly, accommodating staff are the one positive. Since it’s a spa and wellness hotel, I tried their services and wanted to update my review after the massage.

The parking area is small, and guests often have to block each other’s cars to fit everyone in. Still, the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and enjoyable food. It’s in a charming, convenient spot next to the fortress in Petrovac, just a short walk from the beach. There’s a restaurant, a spa, and indoor and outdoor pools. I recommend hotel for its location, amenities, and warm welcome.

There are restaurants, shops, and coffee shops near the hotel, and the restaurant was clean. The food met our expectations, though you have to be realistic and consider the country's standard of living. The hotel is very close to the beach, with two ways to get there: along the main road through the reception hall, or through a small hall by the pool and then through a restaurant. The location is very good, and you may get a room with a view if you're lucky. Rooms and bathrooms are both big enough, though a few small details could be improved. They provide bathrobes and slippers, and there are enough hangers in the closet, something many hotels get wrong. There’s also a minibar and a seif in the room. The pool and jacuzzi are nice, but the pool is shaded in the afternoon. The pool beds are comfortable, though there aren’t enough for all the hotel’s guests if everyone wants to use the pool at once.
