The apartment was dirty, with hair all over the place and a grimy floor. The shower was taped up, ants were everywhere, and the guest bathroom had no light. There was no hairdryer for the first four days, the TV didn’t work at all, and the Wi-Fi was weak. We’d booked two bedrooms and a balcony, but got three bedrooms without a balcony, with no explanation. They said they’d move us the next day when we asked, but that still hadn’t happened after two days. On the third day, the one friendly staff member apologized and explained there’d been a booking problem. He asked us to stay in the apartment we had, which we were fine with. Most of the staff were unfriendly, except for that one guy. When we raised problems, they just rolled their eyes and did nothing.

We had everything we needed in the villa, and the location was great for the price. The young guy at reception had a lot of character and helped us out. I’d definitely stay here again.
