I really enjoyed the hostess and her hospitality. The claim that she had forgotten her culture, as another guest wrote, didn’t ring true to me at all. Villa aurora has a lovely, cozy setting, with a beautiful pool, rooms, and location. Best regards, Lisa

We had a great time here as a family of five. The apartment was lovely and tastefully furnished, and the pool was just right for some family fun. I also liked that the area was a little quieter than other places.

The area around Buljarica was full of rubbish, and the streets were very dirty. I also didn’t find the Russian people friendly. At the accommodation, there was nowhere to put clothes in the bedrooms apart from five hangers, which doesn’t feel like an acceptable standard. When a guest mentioned there was no toilet paper or dishwasher tablets, the manager replied that it was not a hotel. It may not be a hotel, but it felt like a basic place that only wanted cash for a bed. Then, just after 10 p.m., the manager came into our room while we were talking and said we were too loud. We were only talking. I don’t recommend this place at all.

We paid €900 for five nights, but had to buy our own dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, and toilet paper. We were given four rolls for eight adults, and when I asked for more, they said they wouldn’t provide any because this wasn’t a hotel. There were no wardrobes in the rooms, just a shelf for an open suitcase with room for five items. The furniture also needs updating. The pool was clean and nice, and the landlady was very kind, so I’m giving it three stars. Everything else was bad.
