The beds were comfortable, and it stayed quiet outside, so we slept well. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the hostess was really kind and generous. We were close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Having a stove and fridge worked well for us since we like making our own meals. We enjoyed staying here.

The rooms are cleaned every day, and English is spoken here. The Google pin is misplaced: from the road, look just behind restaurant harmonija, across from the casino's vehicle entrance, which had red tarmac in Sept 2019. The sign is visible. From the tourist office, turn left and the beach is about a minute away. Keep going past the office for a pleasant walk through a lovely park towards Stefan sveti. Lovely place. The balconies had lovely sea and mountain views, and we could sit out with tea or coffee. We drink a lot of coffee, so having a coffee maker was a real plus. Shops, beaches, and restaurants along the coast are close by, and we enjoyed walking along the shore through a picturesque park with olive trees, figs, huge aloes, oleanders, and other trees. Nina greeted us and saw us off with a smile. The rooms are arranged so you can't hear other guests, which we appreciated. Everything we used was new or very white and clean. The trash was collected daily, and towels changed every other day. Hot water, air conditioning, a kettle, dishes, and a hairdryer were all there. We loved our stay at the Cataleya apartments. One note: if you like Kenyan or Indian black tea, bring some along. We couldn't find any tasty black tea in stores in Montenegro.
