The host helped us sort out parking and gave us useful information, plus a bottle of wine. The villa is lovely, and we had a cute room by the sea. There’s a cat living here too. The walk down to the beach is a little hard, but it wasn’t a problem at all.

The location is great, close to everything, and there’s a market nearby. The host was really helpful. There’s a small kitchen inside, and they even gave us a bottle of wine!

The location was lovely, with a beautiful sea view from the terrace. A grocery shop open 24 hours was about 50 meters away, and Kamenovo beach was around 350 meters from the apartment. The owner speaks very good English and arranged our shuttle to and from Tivat airport for just €20 per transfer. He waited at reception to welcome us and left water in the fridge and a bottle of wine. He also provided what we needed, from shampoo and toilet paper to a safe, broom, hairdryer, iron, extra bed, and beach umbrella. Towels and sheets were changed almost every day by a very nice cleaner. We also got a bottle of his fine homemade dry red wine, which tasted fantastic. We had a wonderful stay in August and September 2018, and we’ll definitely return. Thank you, Vila Luka!

The room was small, the sound insulation was poor, and the neighbors were very close. On the plus side, it was clean, had internet, and was near the sea.
