There’s just one bedroom, so it’s best for a couple or a solo traveler, and it works especially well for a longer stay. The apartment itself is small, cozy, and comfortable, with a kitchenette and a bathroom washing machine. The hosts are friendly and helpful. You can reach the village by bus from Tivat, Kotor, or Budva, even as a backpacker. Just be aware that online schedules don’t show the actual delays, and there’s no timetable at the Radanovići bus stop. In the village there’s a bakery, a small shop, and a bar. A larger shopping center with a few shops is nearby, and there are several restaurants on the road toward Tivat. The area is handy for reaching beaches along the Adriatic, as well as Lovćen mountains, Kotor, and Tivat. For the beaches, a bicycle, e-bike, or motorcycle is the easiest option since parking is limited. You can get to the Lovćen mountains in several ways. For the Kotor Cable Car, bus, car, motorcycle, or bicycle are options; to reach the mountains from the other side, a car or motorcycle is recommended. For Kotor, bus, motorcycle, or bicycle are the better choices. There’s plenty of parking, but traffic can get heavy in high season, so driving isn’t ideal. Orjen mountains are another possibility, though traffic around Tivat can be heavy. A ferry runs from Lepetane to Kamenari, making it easy to reach the Herceg Novi area and its various hiking trails in Orjen. A good place for cyclists, motorcyclists, and travelers of all kinds.

We chose this apartment during our trip to Albania, and it turned out to be a great decision. It’s close to the Bay of Kotor, with a balcony and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The apartment is very well equipped, especially the laundry and drying facilities. The owner is welcoming and helpful, and a woman with a wonderful personality ❤️

It was very quiet, apart from the neighbors’ dog barking now and then, and Budva is about 15 minutes away as the crow flies. The lady was super nice and even brought us two crepes as a welcome gift. The place seemed very clean.

The location was convenient: close to Budva but away from the city bustle, and we could park right in front of the apartment. The apartment itself was nice and clean. But there were several things that made it hard to feel comfortable, and I think the host needs to work on how she treats guests. She lives in the house right next door, and some situations there were uncomfortable. When she showed us the apartment, her greeting was, “don’t break anything.” I’m not paying to break things; I just want a decent place where I can rest. Renting an apartment comes with certain basic essentials, it shouldn’t feel like camping where you bring everything yourself. The bathroom had only the usual small hand towel. There was no foot towel, which would have been a bit of a relief, but there was no shower towel at all. We had to use that one small towel for everything. I’d never come across such a basic shortcoming. There was no shower gel or shampoo, either, among other missing details. The apartment is in an attic and gets very hot. We couldn’t open the windows because there were so many mosquitoes and no screens. We turned on the air conditioning to sleep, then the power went out at 1:00 am and didn’t come back until 8:00 am. We spent the night without Wi-Fi, TV, or air conditioning. Very strange. The most serious and unpleasant part was that she tried to charge us more than the price listed on Booking.com and the amount we had booked. It was a very negative experience.

The hosts were extremely friendly, and the service, accommodation, cleanliness, and everything else were at an enviable level. It’s peaceful and quiet, with a well-kept yard and parking. Beaches including Jaz, Plavi Horizonti, Trsteno, and Ploce are within a few kilometers. Anyone wanting a break from work, city life, and crowds should stay in these apartments. It’s hard to say which part is loveliest.
