The rooms were roomy and very clean, and the amenities were fine. But the steam room wasn't working on a cool, rainy day. There were no kettles, tea bags, instant coffee, slippers, or decent sized bath towels in the rooms. The head waiter was rude and offensive. That wasn't the treatment I'd expect at a 4* hotel.

We were there for three days, and the rooms were very clean. The food tasted great, the drinks were good, and the staff were kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

The room was too small for our family of four, and when we asked, they wouldn't change it or consider the request unless we paid extra. We stayed five days and four nights. At check-in, they tried to hold our passports overnight, saying they needed them for government registration. For spa towels, they required a €20 deposit per towel, and there were no bathrobes. The food was very basic and the same each day, with little variety or taste. Drinks were low quality, and there were no mocktails. This was a poor experience and nowhere near proper all-inclusive. A regular hotel with meals and drinks elsewhere would be a better choice. The service and quality were bad, and I wouldn't return.

We couldn't get our room cleaned during the two days we were there, despite asking several times at reception and from the cleaners. For towels, they demanded a €20 deposit each. At check-in, staff wanted to keep our passports for the whole stay to register us with the government. I proposed a photocopy, but they said the copier was broken. In the end, they wrote down the details and gave the passports back, after causing needless stress. Breakfast finishes at 9:15 AM, much too early for a relaxing holiday. Meals barely varied from day to day and were basic in both taste and choice. The drinks were poor, and the cocktails were honestly terrible. This so-called all-inclusive felt underwhelming and as if guests weren't trusted. I'd book a regular hotel and eat and drink elsewhere. I wouldn't return.
