The flat is in a good spot, spacious and well maintained, and really clean. You can catch a glimpse of the sea from the balcony, and the owner is nice. The only issue was that the shower door didn’t open properly, so getting in could be hard for someone who’s overweight 😔

We felt right at home during our whole stay in April 2025, with our three children. Vojin and his family were so kind, bringing us cakes and eggs for Easter. The spacious apartment is in a quiet area close to a shop and a park. Risan also made a great base for visiting the whole bay. Beautiful stay, and we’ll definitely come back.

The sea is only about 50 meters away, and the apartment is excellent. The owners were kind and professional throughout, especially Mrs. Nikoleta, who greeted us with refreshments. We give it a 10. Regards.
