Apartments Penovic

The host was great. The apartment is cozy and amazing, with everything you need.

We were three people and found the studio quite sufficient. The bathroom was wonderful, and the terrace did its job, with a view of Montenegro’s beautiful hills. The beach is only about 10 meters away, with a designated sunbed area allowed for the apartment owner; the remaining 30% is left open to other tourists, which I really appreciate. I dislike beach appropriation. The nights in the attic studio were lovely, especially with the middle door open until dawn. The shop is close and the camp restaurant is right beside the apartment. Its dishes were extremely tasty, and the industrial products were just enough. In summer 2024, we quickly found one apartment that happened to be free. It was in the attic, the only drawback, but the A/C and curtains on the doors helped. I was fascinated by how well furnished the studio was. The price was solid, and the owner was a very friendly, modest man. You didn’t feel watched or monitored. The interior had a hotel-like style, and all the equipment had its own discreet place, arranged so it was easy to find. The frequent passing cars can be annoying, though that’s part of Boka, and we all contribute to it. The promenade isn’t like the classic "Pet Danica", and you end up driving around without looking back at the cars. For anyone who wants peace, quiet, rest and sleep by the sea, and doesn’t mind not walking around, this magical apartment and its good owner are ideal. If you want more space, shade and rooms, another place from the same owner is a stone house. A warm greeting to the host, Mr. Penović, and all the best. Vinka Škorić Koprivica.

Parking costs extra and can be difficult, while traffic in front of the hotel is a problem, especially in the summer. The sea there is okay. The owner specifically said each room gets only two sunbeds. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as a guesthouse during peak season.

It’s a lovely, quiet place to relax. We’d be happy to come back.
