The staff were kind and kept the hotel clean. When the air conditioner stopped working, they even found a technician by 10 p.m., which we really appreciated. Still, basic comforts were missing. There’s no elevator in the three-floor building, so hauling luggage was exhausting, and without a room phone we had to climb those stairs whenever we needed reception, including when the AC broke. A separate room was locked initially; once opened, it smelled strongly, had no air conditioning, and couldn’t be used. The bed squeaked loudly whenever anyone turned over, waking everyone in the room. Fixing these issues would make the stay much better.

The pool and spacious rooms were the best parts, and the staff were friendly and eager to help. We had a good time overall, though communication could be hard since the waiters spoke neither English nor Russian, except for Vladislav. Restaurant food was basic and not especially tasty. Housekeeping got worse as the days went by: the beds weren’t made, towels weren’t replaced, and we had to ask twice to get the kids’ sheets changed.

Reception staff were great, and the sea is about a 20-minute walk away. The hotel was good, though the pool is small. Our air conditioning had a problem, but it was fixed the next day. I’d stay again if I’m in Sutomore.

We’ve already stayed here twice and would gladly return. The place is modern and beautiful, with plenty of conveniences: a pool, car rental, air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi, and a free ride to the beach. The food is a real highlight, especially the fried squid and salads, and the staff are kind and helpful. Thanks for making our time in Montenegro even better.
