Conference & SPA Resort Sato (9km from Bar)

Never again. The whole hotel’s sewage system got blocked twice while we were there, and the smell was so bad we had to leave our rooms. The room was a disaster in terms of cleanliness, and the staff were unprofessional and behaved badly. Probably the worst hotel in Montenegro.

From our room on the 10th floor, the sea view was breathtaking and easily the best part of the stay. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The masseuse was kind and attentive, and she also looked after the pool and sauna area, which was a pleasant place to relax. Evenings brought a very unpleasant sewage smell around the area, and that made the stay less comfortable. Room service was a complete letdown: one drink and a plate of fruit took 3 hours and 20 minutes to arrive. The hotel has great potential and amazing views, but the smell and service need urgent improvement.

Jovana and the Hotel Sales Manager were charming and attentive to what we needed. The whole visit felt welcoming and stress-free, with the staff taking care of details professionally. I’d highly recommend Sato Hotel for comfort, quality, and hospitality. I’ve just come back from a weekend at the beautiful beach of Sutomore, and my stay here was truly exceptional. Thanks to everyone.

We only meant to stay a short while, but ended up extending because of the people working here. Jovana, David, and Jasmina at the front desk, Tijana, Elza, and Svetlana, whose massage was wonderful, the bar and restaurant team, the maids, Igor, Andrea, Milica, Milena, Anna, chef Stefan, the managers, and anyone I’ve missed, thank you. The care, kindness, compassion, and help from all of you made the stay the best we’ve ever had. You all deserve a raise, individually and as a team. We’ll be back soon. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The room was impeccable, the best we’ve ever stayed in, with beautiful sea views and a double balcony. The spa and pools were amazing too. We’ve stayed in many hotels while traveling, and this was by far our favorite.
