Apartments Kentera

The area was wonderful and peaceful, and everything was spotlessly clean. What stayed with me most were the hosts. They’re truly good people, the kind you rarely come across. I can’t think of anything extra to recommend because everything was perfect.

The host was lovely and accommodating, and the accommodation itself was good. It would be helpful to have blinds on the windows to block out the light. The outdoor area could use some tidying, especially around the pool. The beach is less than a ten-minute walk away, but when we got there, the stairs were broken so we couldn’t reach it.

Petar was helpful, communication was excellent, and we got a warm welcome. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and it’s easy to get to the beach from the apartment. The flat had all the amenities we needed, with a clean swimming pool and a tidy, well-maintained interior. We also had a nice view from the balcony.

KEEP OUT. There was black mold in the shower, on the toilet door, and even in the AC unit. The air was damp and foul, and I felt staying there could harm our health. I offered to show the host why we were leaving, but they refused to look. They didn’t question what I reported and were rude when I raised it, saying, “you get what you reserved.” They offered a different apartment, which left me wondering why we’d been put in such a filthy one to begin with. I think they know exactly what they’re doing. They also refused to return our prepayment and told Booking.com that I hadn’t arrived, so I couldn’t leave a review. Support eventually made that possible. Look at the pictures and you’ll see.
