The service and accommodation were awful. We arrived to find a room that looked nothing like the pictures, and the receptionist was dismissive and insisted it was what we had booked. After a long discussion, they admitted we had reserved one room but been given a different one, and agreed to refund us. She also said the photos were shared across all rooms, even though the apartments were different. The photos were heavily edited too 😅😅😅😅. We had confirmed through the official booking.com chat that the apartment matched what we wanted. If you’re arriving by car, parking is terrible, and the apartments can only be reached by stairs. We had to find somewhere else in the middle of the day. When we threatened to report them to booking for fraud, the receptionist said, “they can’t touch us.” Maybe booking.com can’t, though I doubt it, but this honest review might save people time and money. We stayed for quite a while and would definitely return. The apartment was spacious and very clean, with large soft beds, towels, a washing machine, kitchen utensils, a fridge, microwave, and kettle. The shower pressure was good too. Staff were helpful and easy to reach whenever we needed something. The view is breathtaking, and the sea sounds and sun coming through the big windows really lift your spirits. We’ll recommend the place to friends and family.

We’ve been waiting for a refund since July because of COVID19. They said they’d return the payment once new guests arrived. The way they treated us was rude and unkind. -1
