This is really a guest house rather than a hotel: a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, and sofa bed. It’s a comfortable place to sleep, but don’t expect a gorgeous panoramic view. The price is reasonable for Tivat, the rooms are clean, Wi-Fi is fast, and the air conditioning matters when it’s 33-34 degrees outside. A mini-market is about 100 m or a two-minute walk away, and Hotel Carubba has a good restaurant 100 m away on the beach. There are some limitations: dishes, mugs, glasses, and cutlery only for three people; the single air conditioner is in the living room, so the bedroom will be warmer; and the shower cabin is just 70 cm wide. There are only six parking places.

The owners Niko and Filip are very friendly and ready to help at any time. You can safely leave your car in front of the hotel, and you’ll find everything you need in Tivat. A good beach is 250 metres away. I highly recommend this place and the city for discovering incredible Montenegro.

The bedrooms and sheets were clean and tidy, and for the little money we paid, the apartment was really okay. We stayed two nights, with the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants all within walking distance. Maybe we were just unlucky, but the place wasn’t very clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. There was some hollandaise sauce in the cupboard, apparently left open for a while, and the fridge was very dirty too. If you want to cook there, it’s not well equipped. For example, there were no forks.
