After a long day, we got to the apartment and found mold everywhere. The smell was strong, with spots across the walls and ceiling. I’ve seen plenty of positive reviews, so maybe it was just our room, but we couldn’t live in those conditions. We canceled and had to look for somewhere else to stay.

The flats in the main building are bright and pleasant, and the equipment is fine. Some upkeep is needed, such as fixing the indoor locks, which seems common in Montenegro. The building’s surroundings aren’t very attractive, with other buildings all around. Tivat also feels overcrowded and has a lot of concrete.

The hostess was really pleasant, and it was a quiet spot close to the center. My room was clean and had all the essentials.

I stayed here in April 2026. It’s a decent place, though not luxurious, and it’s near the sea in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean, indoors and out, and the booking photos match what you actually get. The furniture and kitchen setup were very comfortable. The owners were welcoming, helpful, and pleasant. I’d recommend staying here.
