Hotel Mimoza

We waited about 50 minutes and left without ever being served. We started at the first bar stool table by the bar, right beside the servers’ entrance, and waited 15 minutes before asking for someone. We were told a server would come, but after another 15 minutes nobody showed. Inside, we asked if we could order there and were sent to a server who wasn’t assigned to our section. We gave him our food and drink order and went back to the table, assuming he’d pass it along. Another 10 minutes went by with nothing. I then saw a manager yelling at a server and pointing toward our table and the three or so beside it. It seemed very poorly managed, and the staff didn’t know what they were meant to be doing or where. We stayed another five to ten minutes, still with no service, then left. I’ve never felt so blatantly ignored in such a prime spot. Hard to believe. Try Prova next door: they served us as we sat down, and clubhouse’s music still carries over nicely without being too loud. For pizza, Roma is down the way, or there’s a pizza kiosk a bit further on. Even with a goat working there, you’d probably get served faster than at the Blowtel Mucosa. If I could give it a zero, I would.
