Right across from a private beach with bar service. It's a great place, and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend it.

We stayed for 3 Months. The apartment was good value for a longer stay in the off season, and there was no noise at all despite being right on the street. You'll want some transport, though, since everything is at least 1 km away.

The staff were grumpy, indifferent, and arrogant.

Such a great apartment, with a marvelous private stone beach. Vladim is the all-in-one guy in charge of the residency. There's also a bar, a BBQ area, and parking for cars 50m from the residency. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The best spot to stay in Tivat!

Not recommended. The service was poor, the room wasn't cleaned well, and they didn't return the deposit after check-out. They seem to find plenty of reasons to keep tenants' deposits.
