AM Palace

The owner came across as arrogant, condescending and tasteless. When our dog went missing, he wouldn’t help us look, even though it was their cleaning lady who let the dog out of our room while we were at the pool. Nobody told us, and everyone acted as if nothing had happened. He refused a refund and was aggressive. They claim to be dog-friendly, but our dog was put in danger. I can’t recommend this “hotel”. It doesn’t feel like a real hotel, just a group of strange people with no gratitude for tourists making the trip to their remote place. Strongly not recommended!

The reception felt like a cemetery, with nobody there and no willingness to help. We were told buffet meals were included, and paid for them, but there was no buffet at all. The hotel misleads guests, and the owner was rude and arrogant when we asked him to fix the mistake. Misleading information seems to be normal here. If you don’t want your vacation ruined, I can’t recommend this place. One of the worst experiences of my life!

AM Palace in Ulcinj, Montenegro 🇲🇪 was a beautiful, peaceful place to relax. Everyone on staff was welcoming, respectful and lovely. The swimming pool in the bedroom is second to none, and there’s another pool on the rooftop, with beds for relaxing afterwards. The food was lovely and tasty, too. I’d definitely recommend it 👌

The owner’s practices left me uneasy, and the whole place felt hostile. Staff were unfriendly and wouldn’t accommodate requests. I had a very unpleasant stay and can’t recommend this hotel; I’d choose somewhere else.
