The town itself was nice, but the room we were given was nothing like the advertised nice rooms and views. We ended up on the ground floor with a dark terrace facing construction and a pile of rubbish. She wasn't helpful and kept saying she had to go back to work. It felt like a lottery: you might get the room shown in the ad, or something terrible underneath it. UPDATE after the owner's comment: The photo was taken from the terrace of the room we were offered. You can compare it with the advertising pictures; that view isn't shown there. I'm just over 40, so not that old :) and definitely not lying.

The apartments are modern, clean, and equipped with what you need. Staff were friendly, and the small beach isn't too far away. The Wi-Fi is a bit weak, but usable. Definitely worth the price and the stay.

The terrace was a lovely spot for sunset, and the apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean, and nicely furnished with new furniture. It had everything we needed. The hosts were very pleasant. The location is close to the best part of Ulcinj, about a 5 minute walk, while staying away from the noisy center. If we return to Ulcinj, we'd definitely choose this place again.

I'd definitely recommend staying here in Ulcinj. The apartment was very clean, the hosts were great, and some excellent restaurants are close by.
