Apartments Perezaj II

The staff were rude, arrogant, and no help at all. I got no customer service or accountability, and they behaved as though helping me was a favor. A day before my trip, they switched the location from what had been advertised, with no explanation or apology. That already showed how unprofessional this was. When I arrived, the place was dirty, worn down, and nothing like the online photos or what was promised. I refused to stay and didn't even check in. It felt misleading, with fake photos and no regard for guests. I've traveled enough to know what to expect, and this was easily my worst experience. It ruined my plans and wasted my time and money. I wouldn't return even if it were free. Stay away if you value your time, money, and sanity.

The view over Porto Milena is lovely, and the location is ideal. Good value for the price.

It feels partly abandoned, and the photos don't show how run-down the place really is. There weren't even towels or similar basics. I wouldn't spend my money here.

The host was nice, and from outside the newly built apartment block looks fine. Inside, though, it lacks a lot of equipment. The bathroom water wouldn't drain, and there were no cleaning supplies to mop it up. The mattresses were dirty and sagging, and they didn't provide a blanket. We booked for three but only had two pieces of each cutlery item. The rusty fridge and noisy air conditioner didn't help. Toilet paper was available only on request.
