The building looks modern and appealing from the street, but inside it was in terrible shape and needs renovation. The bathroom was clean and nice, and the beds were fairly clean, but the kitchen was unusable: the old fridge hadn't been washed and had a thick layer of ice, and only one of the stove's two burners worked. Even then, we couldn't get water to boil. Parking in the garden also needs a better arrangement. When cars are parked in a line, one driver has to move for the other to get out. We had agreed with the owner to stay somewhere else in another city, but on the final day he sent us the address for this place. We felt we'd been given two worse apartments, although he had better ones there.
