The facilities were a big letdown. What was called a gym was just a little room with one stationary bike. The spa we’d looked forward to was only an indoor pool, with the sauna, jacuzzi, and everything else closed. The rooms felt more like a cheap motel: outdated furniture and questionable cleanliness. Cleaning was listed on the website and we were told it was included, but our room was cleaned only once during the stay, after I argued with the owner. Staff weren’t helpful when I raised it, and the owner insisted there was no room service, despite the advertising. The staff seemed overworked but were friendly. The owner was downright rude. Management clearly didn’t care about guest satisfaction. This was a terrible stay, with misleading advertising and basic services missing. I wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Just a short drive from Ulcinj, the hotel is also only a two-minute walk from good restaurants, a shop, and a bakery. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good and had plenty of variety, including crepes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was efficient. It’s a very reasonably priced hotel and excellent value for money.

We kept having to ask for toilet paper, and they never left any extra. The food at dinner was terrible, and nobody asked about dietary requirements. When I requested mayo, they brought out a bottle that had expired 1.5 months earlier. The vinegar bottles were grimy with buildup and looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The hotel was dirty and smelled of smoke because the manager smokes inside. I don’t recommend it. Arjeta was the only person who was helpful, and she was a great help.

There are four floors but no elevator, and the two-room apartment had just one air conditioner, mounted right above the bed. The owner was also the chef, and served instant soup and potato flakes for dinner. Breakfast was just eggs, unless you got up early enough to catch some sausages. In the end, we asked to end the stay and got our money back.
