A perfect place. I recommend it!

The balcony was so noisy from music at nearby cafes that we couldn't sleep, sometimes until 1 am. Mosquitoes were everywhere, including all over the bathroom, and there were no screens on the doors to keep them out. The beds were extremely dirty, and the toilet and bathroom were horrifying, as the photos show. We also found the air conditioning filter, nearly 2 cm long, filthy and foul-smelling, and had to clean it ourselves. There was no pool at all. The host made us feel completely unwelcome, as though we had been forced to come. He took the money and we never saw him again. Towels were left in crumpled shopping bags every three days, which felt like a joke. I've only sent 70% of the photos, and there are more. Honestly, I don't know what else to say. Please don't go there, it's not worth it and your vacation will be ruined.

You can easily walk to the beach, promenade, and old town from this central spot, so it works well as a base for exploring Ulcinj and the surrounding area. Just expect noise late into the night. The apartment is quite nice, but it wasn't very clean or well equipped, and the beds were worn out.
