Casa Di Pino EcoLodge Hotel

The homemade touches at breakfast were especially lovely. Everything felt cozy, thoughtful, and made with heart. The place has a warm, unique atmosphere, with love and care in all the details. We felt genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived, and staying here felt more like being a guest in a loving home than in a hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, and even in late autumn the heating kept me warm. Breakfast had a good range to choose from, including cereals, bread, cheese, simple charcuterie, and desserts. They seem to rotate the sweets, and on my last day they had a certain version of tiramisu. I told the breakfast staff or owner, I’m not sure which, that I really enjoyed it. Before I checked out, the same staff member thoughtfully saved me a box to take away. I was really grateful for the kindness and hospitality at Casa di Pino. It’s warm and cozy in every sense, and I hope to come back soon.💕 I had a very good stay here. The receptionist who checked me in was friendly and even asked if I wanted to reserve the sauna.

We especially enjoyed the quiet trail to Crno Jezero (Black Lake), a scenic walk that let us avoid the usual traffic around the lake. We also took the hotel guided van tour, which made it easy to enjoy the mountain scenery without having to navigate the narrow roads. Zeljko was a great host and an amazing local guide. Breakfast was a daily treat, mixing local flavors with familiar favorites. The tea selection was outstanding, and Natasha’s custom blend was the best tea we’ve had in Montenegro. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, and went out of their way to make our time at the hotel and around Zabljak unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, thoughtfully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The location is a short walk from downtown but tucked away somewhere peaceful. Casa di Pino balances modern amenities with the region’s old-world charm, and the value is unmatched. We’re already looking forward to visiting again.
