We ate here twice and loved this French-Caribbean restaurant overlooking the water. The standout was the whole bar ligne (sea bass), perfectly cooked and expertly filleted at the table, with enough for three. We also enjoyed a whole dorade and excellent tuna tataki, plus rich, delicious red koké soup. The "Prestige" wines by the glass were a good deal and came in goblets. The servers were exceptionally friendly. One mentioned that the chef had won a gastronomy competition, which didn't surprise us. It was the best restaurant we ate at in Grand Case.

The beach was lovely and well kept, and the restaurant looks out over the beautiful Grand Case ocean. We had breakfast and lunch there, and both were exactly what we wanted. My husband and I shared the fresh fish with mashed potatoes, vegetables, and a delicious buttery sauce. It was incredible and so fresh, honestly the best meal I've had in St Martin. The service was attentive and very good. We loved it enough to go back tomorrow. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were staying at Grand Case Beach Club while vacationing in St. Martin when a storm in NYC canceled our flight home. Grand Case could extend our stay for only two days, but we needed four days before we could fly back. On 2/22/2026, I booked two more days through Expedia at Le temps des cerises. Just hours later, Jetblue put us on a flight home two days earlier, so we no longer needed the hotel. I tried to cancel that day or the next, but the hotel wouldn't refund the nearly $1,100. I explained it was an emergency and that we were elderly, but they wouldn't budge. It was peak season, and I'm sure someone could have booked those two nights, since so many people were scrambling for a place to stay after flight cancellations. Buyer beware.

We had an amazing lunch at the restaurant in the LTC hotel. Laura, Louna, and Jeremy made it even more special with their recommendations. The spicy tuna, Mojito crab, Lagusta pasta, and Caribbean salad were all outstanding. Definitely a must when you're in Saint Martin.

Every staff member made us feel welcome, and the service was hard to beat for a beachfront spot. The food was outstanding too. Book ahead if you want to catch the sunset with an unobstructed view. A++
