I wouldn’t recommend this villa, especially at nearly $10,000 for a week. The main house’s air conditioning and the internet both worked poorly, and several things were rusty or not maintained. Water pressure was low for the first five days, and the outdoor grill area was rusted. The weights in the gym and the mirror edges were rusty too, as was the kitchen can opener, which needs replacing. There were other problems around the house: the kitchen light under the cabinets on the left didn’t work, leaving that area very dark at night, and one of the six fans in the lanai was out. Hand soap was available in only two of the six bedrooms. The concierge told us poor internet was a general island issue, but that wasn’t true. Given the cost and the condition of these amenities, I’d look for a better-maintained villa or hotel.
