Beyond Seas Studio

We loved how easy it was to walk to some of the Caribbean’s best French restaurants. The studio was spotless, nicely updated, and better than we’d expected. The owner was there and handled our requests quickly. The sea view hits you as soon as you step inside. We’re already looking forward to booking another stay.

Bruno & Barbara were quick to answer questions and took great care of us. The studio sits right by a gorgeous beach, with turquoise water and Anguilla visible on the horizon. It’s peaceful and laid-back, yet the livelier beach clubs, shops, and restaurants are only about a five-minute walk away. A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, and ATM are also just a few minutes away. I had a fantastic stay at Beyond Sea Studios and would highly recommend it. 🏝️

We booked five months ahead, but ended up having to find somewhere else at the last minute. The kitchen view was amazing, but the stay itself was awful and deeply disappointing. The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures and renders, though that wasn’t a particular problem for us. What was a problem was the strong septic sewage smell from the bathroom. It was still there after we ran the sink and shower and waited an hour. There was no staff on site. It took more than an hour to reach anyone using the contact number sheet they’d left. They eventually offered us another room, but by then we’d put the keys in the lock box slot, packed up, and left. The manager/owner took over five hours to respond and blamed us for not waiting longer. I wish zero stars were an option.

Bruno was really kind and took care of everything. He even found me a kayak to take to Pinel. There’s also a great bakery just down the street for starting the morning. The place overlooks Grand Case beach, and local restaurants are very close. You can get around the island on local buses even without a car. I’d happily stay here again.
