Bleu Emeraude Hotel

The staff made the stay especially good: they were kind, capable, and helpful without making things overly formal. Everything felt tasteful and well done, and the location was perfect. A beautiful hotel. I’d stay on if I could. Island life at its best.

I loved being away from the main strip but still just a five-minute walk from it, along the beach or by road. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and glad to help. There were plenty of loungers and umbrellas, plus a coffee/espresso machine outside the room and fresh baked goods each morning. I stayed in a standard room on the second floor in March. It was so comfortable, and the view was unbelievable. Can’t recommend this boutique hotel enough.

The direct beach access was great, and the hotel’s loungers were really comfortable. Having complimentary chairs matters on the island, where some places charge as much as €50 a day. The hotel was spotless, well maintained, and up to date, with fantastic front desk staff and a great team all around. We stayed three nights in January. The hotel’s angle meant it blocked the sun from the beach loungers in January, but we could just move the chairs. My only complaint was the walk into Grand Case. You have to use the narrow main road, which felt a little sketchy because there are few or no sidewalks. If the hotel were closer to the center of town, it’d be perfect.
