The kids loved playing safely on the pool's sun deck, and the villa's outdoor space has sweeping views over Orient Bay. We could walk to the shops and restaurants. I stayed with my husband and our two young children in the one-bedroom apartment. The pull-out couch worked perfectly for our four-year-old, and we put the pack and play for our two-year-old in our room. Roll-down shades on every outside window and slider made it completely dark and secure, and it was very quiet. The cute studio behind us had its own deck, grill, and seating, as did each space. A great family villa!

Our group of 12 had nine fantastic days in the sun at this amazing hilltop villa overlooking Orient Bay. Alain and Karine were gracious hosts and stayed in touch throughout, though we had no problems during the visit. The place is very well stocked, from the kitchen to linens and towels. You won't regret renting it.

Foosball, bocce ball, and the big pool gave us plenty to enjoy at the villa, and the house is spacious and beautifully renovated for a larger group. Karine, Aurélie, and Thierry were incredibly helpful and responsive, too. Sunseeker SXM is close to everything near Orient Bay while still feeling private and relaxing. The views made mornings and evenings special. We had an incredible stay and would absolutely come back. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Martin.

The view was breathtaking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The villa is beautiful, thoughtfully designed for relaxing, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Karine went above and beyond planning our vacation and making sure every detail was right. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we felt completely looked after. An incredible stay. We'd love to return and highly recommend it.

After four visits to St. Maarteen and stays in quite a few places, Sunseeker has been the best fit for us. The host is attentive and helpful in every way. We loved the common areas, the garden, the poolside, and the fully equipped kitchen. The home has all the amenities we could want, with every detail thought through. We love the island, and after this, we won't stay anywhere else.
