Once I got used to the little lanes around the hotel, I could walk to most of the restaurants and places I wanted to see in 10-20 minutes. The room is well equipped for the price. My aircon wasn't cooling at first, but they fixed it right away when I mentioned it.

The rooftop bar was a great spot for a drink in the late afternoon or evening. The facilities are okay overall, not top notch, but good enough. I stayed for a few nights.

I left really disappointed. The massage bed towel was wet, and the masseur rubbed my hair with hands covered in massage oil. She started working on my face without checking whether I was okay with it, and didn't ask if I wanted to remove my makeup. As soon as the massage ended, they turned on the light and didn't respect our privacy. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, and the floor was very slippery. The next day my feet were hypersensitive, red, and swollen. Terrible experience. I won't go back.

The owner was very kind and generous, but I regret staying in the capital, especially at this hotel. Everything felt far away, and even nearby places took too long to reach. It was also really hard to communicate with people in English.
