The place seemed clean, but the rooms are tiny and there was no hot water anywhere in the building. It costs 100,000 ariary. The night staff member said he'd checked the room and that the hot water worked, but that wasn't true.

The location is very convenient, close to the sea, Kornish and the famous Baobab tree. DHL, a mosque, banks and ATMs are nearby too, along with restaurants, including one right across the street. The rooms have air conditioning, a private bathroom and a flat screen TV, and the staff are friendly. There’s no food served at the hotel, and I missed having a safe for valuables and a mini fridge in the room.

The price is fair and the location is very good. My stay would’ve been better if the room were a bit cleaner and the electricity stayed on for 24 hours.
