The whole team made us feel so welcome, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Edwina, Tina, Mikel, and Mario for everything they did during our stay. Our room was huge, with the kind of stunning views you’d expect from the name. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and the food was pretty good.

The gardens are spectacular, especially looking out from the far end of the infinity pool. This is easily the best maintained hotel I’ve seen in Madagascar over three months of travel. It feels close to five-star, with spacious rooms, a king-size bed, a big-screen TV, and a bathroom larger than most rooms I’ve stayed in here. The kitchen was good too, and it’s great value. It’s a peaceful spot away from the beach scene, about a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride from the beach.

We had a really nice stay for almost a week after some intense travelling around Madagascar. The room was amazing, with a lovely view, and the pool area was great too, especially the view from the end of the infinity pool. It was easy to get into the city by tuk-tuk. The main problem was the ordering and billing. They were quick to put things on the bill, but often forgot to bring what we’d ordered. Then they wanted us to pay for quite a lot of water we never received, and they didn’t handle the mix-up very well. On our last day we asked for lunch before leaving for the airport, but waited over an hour, which hadn’t happened all week. We’d told them when we had to go. With only five minutes left, we asked them to box the food so we could eat in the car. It came out before it was fully cooked, and there were no forks. They still wanted 88.000 MGA for it, which didn’t seem okay. Also, they only accept Paypal or cash, so be aware of that.

A lovely, peaceful place with beautiful views, excellent facilities, and really helpful service. It’s outside the city center, but still easy to reach.
