The pool was supposed to open at 8, and my two-year-old was excited to use it, but we were told it wouldn't open until noon, after our checkout. My family had arrived around 7 with an infant and a toddler, and there was basically no food or room service available. When I raised the issues, the front desk laughed at me, refused help or compensation, and wouldn't share their names or their boss's number. I understand things may not always be available, but guests should be compensated for what was promised. The hotel looks nice at first, and at that price it should. Once you're staying there, though, it feels like your comfort doesn't matter. The staff was horrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was nice and adequate, and the staff were helpful. They gave good support to our workshop. It doesn't have restaurant service, though.

I found the welcome warm, and the rooms at The Luciole Hotel are clean and roomy. For me, it's a must-see in Tamatave. I'd recommend it without hesitation. 😎👌
