That Nutella Toast in my photo was delicious, and the food here is excellent overall. The downside is getting the order wrong, which happens a lot, and the wait can drag on, especially when people from the neighboring business building "Taskforce" all come in at once. Still a wonderful experience.

At Kapri, our food took 45 minutes to arrive, and it came out cold and clearly not fresh. The service was just as disappointing. One waiter ignored us completely, and another acted rudely, with no respect or basic manners. The staff's attitude made the meal unpleasant, and it felt like nobody cared about the customers' experience. That kind of conduct is unacceptable in a restaurant. I wouldn't recommend Kapri to anyone looking for decent food and service.

I gave nearly everything on the menu a try, and not one dish was good. Such a disappointment.

We ordered two cappuccinos, but got sweet instant coffee instead, even though they had a coffee machine. Nobody told us beforehand that they'd be instant, and it was the opposite of what we'd asked for. The service was very poor and completely unprofessional. For what we got, the price was far too high.

More than 20 euros for a burger, chicken curry and water is far too much for a restaurant of this level. The service was poor too, and we waited a long time. I can't recommend it. Bitola has much better food at much more affordable prices.
