Hotel Millenium

I only ate at the restaurant, I didn't stay here, and had such a lovely evening. The staff were attentive and really friendly, and the food was spot-on. If you're tired of burgers and fried food, they have plenty of pasta, pizza, and risotto to choose from. Highly recommend.

Their pizza is the best, always fresh and delicious. The one thing that puts me off is the lava cake: they always bring it with pink ice cream, which looks unappealing and doesn't go with it. Vanilla or stracciatella would work much better.

We were very disappointed by how the staff handled our pizza. It arrived with plant-based cheese, which none of us had ordered. When I told the waitress, she denied it straight away, saying they only use that cheese when someone asks for it. All six of us had tried the pizza and knew what plant-based cheese tasted like, but she kept insisting we were wrong. Later, after I raised it with another employee, she came back and admitted the pizza had been made half with plant-based cheese and half with dairy cheese. That was unprofessional and left us with a very unpleasant experience. I don't recommend this place.

I had a very good lunch at the restaurant, but I'm writing because I haven't heard back about the scarf I left there. I emailed eight days ago and got no reply. It was Monday, 23 February, after our meal at the ground-floor pizzeria. There were three women and one man in our group, from Greece, sitting at the table by the window. We ordered three pizzas, a salad, a bottle of white wine, and two more bottles of the same wine to go. I attached a photo of the scarf to my email. Could you please check whether it was handed in to lost and found or kept by staff, and let me know? It's very important to me for personal reasons. I'd really appreciate an answer. Thank you.
