Villa Diamond

I found the service terrible, and the hosts showed no respect for privacy. The old man would sneak into occupied rooms, even entering bathrooms while someone was using them. It's the worst hotel I've stayed in, if it even deserves that name. Absolutely disgusting. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Don't spend your money here.

The room and bed were generously sized, and the bed was comfortable. Heating and air conditioning both worked very well. The staff were friendly and knew the area, and the location suited us. I took off a star because the shower doors leaked, the toilet seat kept hitting your back, and smoke from other rooms seeped in under the door.

The staff were nice, though only one person there spoke English. Our room had a fridge and AC, but the place felt old, and there was mold in the bathroom that made me feel sick after each shower. Breakfast was okay apart from moldy bread and butter, and some of the cucumbers had gone bad. Even the bread seemed old.

The locked front yard was a handy place to park the car overnight. The location is also very convenient, just a few steps from the high street and central park. The place could use more cleaning and perhaps newer furniture. It was acceptable for one night.
