The apartment itself was beautiful, new, and very clean, with free parking outside. Everything seemed well arranged, but the heating and hot water made this a very difficult winter stay. It took a day and a half to get the room warm enough, even with the air conditioner and panel heater both running full blast. The floor was freezing too, so bring slippers. The toilet was extremely cold, there was no hairdryer, and there wasn’t any hot water at first. The owner said it was a technical issue, though he controls the water heating. I called him, and hot water came on after an hour, but then there was none in the evening or for the next two days. I shouldn’t have to keep asking for it, especially at that price. If there was a problem, I should have been told before booking. After a long trip or before a wedding celebration, a relaxing shower just wasn’t an option. I hope you won’t take offense, but this is what happened.
