The views over Krushevo and the surrounding mountains are amazing. It’s an easy walk into town, though the uphill walk could be a good workout for older people. There’s free parking, good Wi-Fi and a nice balcony, but the beds for couples, or improvised king beds, aren’t really great. The hotel and staff are super nice, and the restaurant has great food and service. The spa is nice, but loud kids and families playing in the pool can make it hard to relax. There’s a 2-hour limit, so hopefully you find a quiet time. Maybe they could set family hours and separate adults-only hours. I recommend staying here when visiting Krushevo.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never encountered employees this unprofessional at a 4-star hotel. It’s sad to see a charming town like Krusevo let down by the people handling its tourism.

The food was excellent, and the spa has a charming, cozy feel with wonderful views. It’s a peaceful, spotless place with a breathtaking view, ideal for a complete sensory retreat.

The staff seemed under severe stress, and I think a hotel with 4 stars and a restaurant at these prices needs better team management or more staff training. We came for dinner and ordered veal and pasta. Both arrived extremely cold, and, unexpected for Krushevo with its great dishes, neither tasted good. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. It absolutely isn’t worth the money.

The rooms are nice and the view is great, but we came for the spa and found that both the sauna and hot tub weren’t working. At check-in, we were told about the sauna, but had to discover the hot tub problem ourselves. The only person on duty made it clear he didn’t see it as his problem and wouldn’t take it on for anyone but us. That was the standard of service throughout the hotel. The restaurant was just as disappointing, with bland food and poor service. I suspect the place built its reputation and has now stopped trying. Save yourself the disappointment and give it a miss.
