Apartments Kolevski

The apartments are lovely, and the host was helpful and very polite. Recommended!

Lovely rooms.

When we arrived, Isabella told us the room we had booked and paid for was occupied by other guests. I’d paid more than a month earlier, and we needed the two-room setup with a large living room because we were traveling with children. The owner shouted at my wife and me and acted defiantly. She offered two smaller rooms, which didn’t work for us. I asked her to move the people who had no right to be in the room I’d paid for, but she refused. Then we were rudely told to leave. After a seven-hour trip, we were left late at night in a foreign country with our children, searching for somewhere else to sleep instead of resting or seeing the city. This was a terrible welcome and a situation that shouldn’t have happened, especially after paying for the room over a month in advance. Book here only if you’re prepared for the possibility that your room will be occupied and you’ll have nowhere to stay.

They surprised us with an upgraded apartment, and the mountain views were lovely. It’s a pleasant walk into the center, and the hotel is quiet, cozy, clean, and comfortable. Our expectations were exceeded. The hosts were very nice in both their appearance and the way they treated guests. It’s a family-run hotel with a clinic attached, where one of the owners works as a doctor. Thank you for your hospitality. I highly recommend it.
