The View Boutique Apartments

The SPA was a lovely extra, and even the kids enjoyed it, so it worked well for the whole family. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and beautifully looked after, with a breathtaking lake view that made waking up feel magical. At Royal View Ohrid, the restaurant team were warm, funny, and caring, and their friendly banter made every meal a highlight. The receptionists also made check-in easy with smiles, helpful answers, and quick solutions. We felt treated like royalty throughout our stay. Royal View Ohrid really lives up to its name, and I can’t recommend it enough.

My family and I stayed for one night. Everyone was very nice, and the hospitality was great. The rooms have what families need.

The location is extremely convenient, and I think the hotel works for a couple of nights despite its older furniture, lack of perks, and a few small issues. Breakfast was good, but the setup needs work: even with fixed hours and a pre-order from a list, my omelette took 35 minutes. The rest is a tiny buffet with fresh fruit, biscuits, and a few other things. The coffee was horrible and the juice was industrial. There is apparently a spa, but it was closed when I tried to see it. The gym is small and its equipment is very old, so that could use an update too.

Good value, and breakfast was great, though one or two options struck me as a bit odd. The rooms have everything you need, but the fridge gets in the way of opening the wardrobe properly, so the cupboards aren't very usable. The hotel is right by the lake, with lake-view rooms at the front.
