We waited nearly an hour at an outdoor table with our five-year-old daughter. I called three different waiters over for a menu, and each nodded, but none came back. We decided to leave and eat somewhere else. On our way out, I spoke to someone who seemed to be a manager and mentioned the wait and the three unanswered requests. He stared at me rudely, said nothing, and walked away while I was still talking. Next-level rudeness. If you can, don't go here.

We arrived with a reservation, only to be told there wasn't one. The hotel is managed very unprofessionally. The receptionist was awful at dealing with people, and after their mistake, just said “that's it” while looking down at the desk. Even a simple apology would have helped, but apparently that was too much. I really don't recommend this hotel.

Dinner was included in our stay, but the waiter didn't know that when we ate. We explained, and thought it had been sorted out, only to be asked at checkout to pay a particular amount for the drinks. The rooms were cold because the heating wasn't working, so we had to request extra heaters. Breakfast also wasn't enough for all the hotel guests. A very bad experience.

The tables were left dirty, and the place felt like sitting in a horse barn. The prices seemed very high for the city, and the staff came across as very young and inexperienced. We waited around 30 minutes just to order, then another 40 to 50 for the food to arrive. If you want a peaceful meal, I wouldn't come here. Awful.

We traveled to another city after booking two rooms, only to be told on arrival that the hotel was full and had nothing left for us. The woman didn't apologize or even look us in the face; she just stared at a spot. The staff were completely unprofessional. Can you imagine ending up in that situation?
