Maria at breakfast was warm and gave excellent service, and Maria at reception was always smiling, kind, and so helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared, and we felt welcome and comfortable, almost like at home. The location right in the center of Štip was perfect, with beautiful mountains around and a peaceful atmosphere. It would suit a conference, a family celebration, or just a relaxing visit. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Štip. Beata from USA

We booked two rooms for one night with family. The staff were helpful, which was the only good part. Although the rooms had been renovated, the work wasn't finished and things were sticking out of the walls. Worst of all, neither room had hot water for a shower.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and most of them speak English. My room was comfortable and had been refurbished recently. A good hotel option for business travel or a trip away.

The shower cubicle had a cracked floor. Even more disappointing, they charged me €20 to wash some shirts without warning, when the room cost €30. That didn't feel fair at all in comparison.
