I’d recommend this place for a trip to Sturga. The food, staff, rooms, and location were all amazing, and the AC got to the right temperature quickly. My one complaint was the room sandals, which were torn and a bit yellow, and the bathroom hair dryer was dirty and barely worked. Still, I had an amazing experience.

We couldn’t get any sleep with two weddings blasting music until 1 AM, and the food smell from the kitchen had spread through the rooms. When we complained, they told us to leave and sleep on the bus if we didn’t like it. The service was poor, and the staff were rude and disrespectful. The whole experience was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived around eight in the evening on the last day of our Balkan trip, and hotel staff told us up front that noise from two weddings would go on until 01:00. They said anyone who didn’t like it could sleep on their bus. Even one star feels like too much.

We stayed two nights, and there was even an insect in the room. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the rooms were below average, and noise from the wedding hall kept disturbing us at night.

On a Saturday, the wedding ceremony noise makes it impossible to sleep. The breakfast is really poor, too. The rooms look old, the walls are thin, and there are MANY flies and bugs around.
