NB Hotel&Spa

I spent the weekend here and found the hotel very clean and comfortable, with perfect service. I left my ID behind, and the receptionist and supervisor were both kind and respectful when they helped me sort it out.

NB Hotel & SPA made for a memorable stay, largely because the staff were so welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to make things comfortable. The hotel’s shared spaces were beautifully kept, and the food was delicious, which gave the place a real sense of care and quality. The spa was a highlight. There was a good range of treatments, the therapists were skilled, and the sauna and pool area were spotless and relaxing. My room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean and had everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind. I’d recommend NB Hotel & SPA for a relaxing getaway, whether for work or leisure. It exceeded my expectations, and I hope to return.

The fitness room was well equipped, and the staff at reception and in the restaurant were great. Dinner and breakfast were both good. Only the pool in service.

Aisha, the administrator, was terrible. We bought a one-month gym membership that included the pool and spa. Everything was fine on our first visit, but on the second they demanded extra payment. I train online with a coach over video on my phone. In the middle of a session, the administrator turned on loud music. We were shocked, and when I asked her to switch it off or at least turn it down, she angrily refused. That ended my workout because I couldn’t hear my trainer. She seemed to deliberately provoke a conflict, then angrily accused me of slamming doors at the hotel. We were stunned and couldn’t understand all the hostility. I hadn’t come to her home, I’d come to the gym. The hotel staff left me with nothing but a bad impression. Someone should explain to employees how to do their jobs. I used the month-long membership twice and won’t go back. I told the administrator I’d post a review, and she agreed.
