Villa Ana Marija

The location is great, but the service was below average and the rooms were a disaster. My wife, our 6 year old and I were put in a makeshift 3-bed “double room” on the first floor in midsummer, during the off-season. It was cramped, with old beds and mattresses, and had neither the TV nor Wi-Fi that had been advertised. A noisy live cricket was lodged in the door frame separating the “double room.” The supposed shared kitchen and dining area was in the basement, two floors down, a workout just to get morning coffee. It had an old shop fridge from the 80s and a relic of an electric stove. The staff were decent at best, but the owner was another story. The morning before our checkout day, he tried to make us leave, claiming he had to accommodate a certain number of guests for a wedding the next day at the restaurant across the street, Vodenica 3. Highly NOT recommended!
