Dunia Hôtel Bamako Centre

The check-in took over half an hour, and checkout was an even bigger mess, taking more than an hour. The receptionist behaved very badly and seemed unqualified for a hotel of this rating. There is no luggage service or luggage cart, so I had to carry my four bags to and from the room at arrival and departure. There's an unpleasant smell of sweat as soon as you enter. The food is very bad and has little variety. Every morning, hotel employees make noise in the hallway and knock on the door more than once. The curtains don't block out the light, so the room gets very bright in the morning and all day, making it hard to sleep with the sun coming in. I don't recommend this hotel at all. The staff need rehabilitation and training because they're very bad.
