The staff were careless with customers and did nothing about my complaint, yet still asked for a tip. Cleanliness was awful throughout the hotel. The room was filthy, and I saw dirt and what looked like period stains on the bed mattress. Worst hotel ever.

The bathroom smelled bad, the nearby rooms were noisy, and the bed sheets were dirty. I stayed for two days, and breakfast was the same each day. The price was expensive, and there’s no restaurant in the hotel.

The toilet was so dirty I felt like throwing up when I saw the bowl, and there was no electricity or air con. The staff didn’t communicate well with guests, showed no smile, and weren’t helpful. Room service and breakfast were very bad, and there was no hotel service at all. For me, this is the first and last time at this hotel.

In December 2023, we stayed in Room 601. The central location and the unobstructed view of the large pagoda were the only positives. There were three spiders, spiderwebs all over, and dead insects still stuck to the walls. The curtains didn’t work, and the WC seat wouldn’t stay in place. It’s mind-boggling that this qualifies as a 3 star hotel. At best, it’s an overpriced guesthouse. Avoid.

We couldn’t sleep all night because of the noise and mosquito bites. This hotel is very bad and not a place for gentlemen. Be careful if you read this, we’ll never stay here again.
